The Veranda Room is the largest guest room in the main house, offering plenty of space to settle in and relax. Our coziest room on the second floor, the Jordan Room makes the most of its space with a charming reading nook and a convenient dresser and closet for unpacking. While the room is designed with one or two guests in mind, it features our largest, newly renovated bathroom—complete with an oversized tiled shower and a classic clawfoot tub. (Please note: the room is a snug fit, and may not accommodate additional items like a pack and play.)

The Manning Room is the only second-floor room that features a private wet bar, complete with a sink, dishes, a mini-fridge, a single-serve coffee maker, and a cozy stool and chair—perfect for casual meals or a bit of remote work. This mid-size room offers windows overlooking both the street and the parking lot, along with a full bath featuring a tub/shower combo. Comfortable and versatile, it’s a great choice for guests looking for a little extra convenience during their stay.

The Wainwright Room is the largest guest room on the second floor, offering plenty of space to stretch out and relax. A small sitting area with a TV makes it perfect for lounging, while windows on both sides provide views of the gardens and the street. The bathroom is compact but includes a tub/shower combo. If you’re traveling with little ones, there’s plenty of room to fit a pack and play comfortably.

The Wilcomb Room is the only third-floor room featuring a king bed, offering a cozy and comfortable retreat for solo travelers or couples. Though the space is compact, it fits the king bed and a reading chair perfectly. The private bathroom includes a shower stall and toilet, while the sink, single-serve coffee maker, and mini-fridge are conveniently located within the room itself.

The Bracy Room is the smallest room at the inn, making it our most budget-friendly option. Despite its cozy size, it still offers all the essentials, including a private bathroom (shower stall only), a TV, a single-serve coffee maker, and a comfortable spot to unwind. Best suited for solo travelers or couples, this snug space is a charming choice—just note that the shower stall may feel tight for taller guests.

Morley
The Morley Room is the largest guest room on the third floor, offering a cozy and comfortable space for up to three guests. It features a queen bed and a small sleeper sofa that folds out into a twin, a single-serve coffee maker, and a private bathroom that includes a tub/shower combo. While there’s enough space for two adults and one small child—or possibly an infant as well—please note that fitting both the sleeper sofa and a pack and play at the same time may be a tight squeeze.

The Icehouse Suite
Accessed through a private entrance at the back of the main house, the Icehouse Suite once served as the original food storage area for the property. Today, it’s been fully transformed into a spacious, comfortable retreat—ideal for longer stays and larger parties. The suite features a king bed, a pull-out queen sofa sleeper, a cozy living room, a full kitchen, and two full bathrooms. Guests also enjoy their own private patio, perfect for relaxing outdoors during their stay.
*Please note the King Bed is accessible only by a single flight of stairs and thus may not be the best option for guests with limited mobility.

From the moment we opened the door to our room we were very impressed! The room was … More very big with a kitchenette, very high ceilings, a large full bathroom and beautiful decor. I remarked to my friend that the beds, pillows, and linens reminded me of The Four Seasons!
In the morning we enjoyed an amazing breakfast at the cafe which has an oversized deck and beautiful indoor space all surrounded by gorgeous gardens.
