Pets: Allowed only with permission in designated rooms. Please inquire when booking a room.
Children: We welcome children but not all rooms are suitable for children, call us to discuss.

Open all year round: 2 night minimum stay July 4th & Labor Day weekends.
Deposit Amount Required: Reservations require a deposit equal to one night's room and tax, which will be charged to your credit card at the time of reservation. The deposit will be credited at the end of your stay.
Cancellation: There is a $25 handling fee for any cancellation. If rooms are not cancelled within 10 days prior to arrival, you will be charged for any nights that have not been re-rented plus the $25 fee.
Alcoholic Beverage Policy: The Ipswich Inn is a "Bring Your Own Bottle" establishment. In accordance with state and local regulations we do not sell any alcoholic beverages. Our guests are welcome to bring their own beverages for personal consumption. We have available for our guests glasses, soft drinks and mixers. We do ask that you drink responsibly.
